KITTY

the KITTY (Kewl Interactive Text Terminal System) is an 8bit fantasy computer with a physical implementation. It is focused on textmode/PETSCII games, has a custom audio system, uses a 65c02 cpu @~2.2Mhz, and runs all software from cartridges!

This page hosts an emulator for the system, together with several programs (source + assembler included). Note that the emulator is currently still in a early state and several features are not yet implemented.

A manual for the computer, detailing its architecture, is available online. The system, including both its design and emulator, is fully open source !
